Introduction to Songs for
the Bride
This is a collection of songs that I (Sarah)
received over a period of about four years.
These had been the most glorious but also challenging years of my life
until that time. I had a dream before the
music started coming that I would receive this music from the Lord through a
process of a complete transformation as I wept.
This happened and many tears were sown.
Receiving the music was not all that God had in mind, however. After receiving and not understanding its
full meaning, I would have to walk through experiences in my life that would
require me to embody the message of the song.
In this way, the songs were prophetic to me as I would receive them, sing
them, and then become an expression of the word.
After receiving several songs, I began askingwho
else is this music for? I knew later, after God called me outside
the camp that this music was intended for the bride of Christ. It is to be a gift wrapped in song for His
bride.
The Holy Spirit communicated to me that these songs
are part of a spiritual arsenal that He would use to activate and bring to life
their message in those who would hear.
Therefore, I caution the listener that this is not music to
entertain. God will use it to transform! The transformation that is reflected in these
songs will include deep repentance, death, and a sharing of His suffering mixed
with His joy and peace in the face of persecution. It is not to be taken lightly, and I would
even warn you that you should only sing these songs if you are willing for His
precious Holy Spirit to form such a message in you at any cost.
Yashua
Ha Mashiach, You adorn Your
bride with pearls of music from heaven!
Oh that we would overflow with Your songs to
rule and reign with You in Your glory on earth!
We dedicate this album to our Beloved, Ishi.
There,
behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak
comfortably unto her. And I will give
her vineyardsand she shall sing there as in the days of her youth, and as in
the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt. And it shall be at that day, saith the Lord, that thou shalt call me Ishi (my husband) and shalt call
Me no more Baali (my
Lord). For I will take away the names of
Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be
remembered by their name
And
I will betroth thee unto Me forever; yea, I will
betroth thee unto Me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in loving kindness,
and in mercies. I will even betroth thee
unto Me in faithfulness, and thou shalt know the
Lord. --Hosea
